A few simple best practices help ensure fast and reliable delivery of your patients’ results

To help us provide your patients’ results as efficiently as possible, please pay particular attention to the following two points:

• Include all printed labels with your sample shipment, including any labels that have not been attached to the tubes

• Ensure that labels are correctly applied to the tubes in accordance with the recommended instructions

Our routine tubes

Below is also an overview of the volumes generally used for our routine tubes:

• Standard analyses: 4 ml

• Paediatrics: microtubes < 1 ml

• Special analyses: 7.5 ml
