When your laboratory documents are available, you may receive a secure notification by email, SMS or through the MyUnilabs app, depending on how your access is set up.
To view your documents, follow the secure link or app notification and confirm your identity with your date of birth and a verification code.
MyUnilabs gives you secure access to your available Unilabs documents — either through the web portal at my.unilabs.ch or through the MyUnilabs app. You do not need to create an account for first access, but you can create one afterwards for easier access in the future.
Available for selected laboratory documents. Pathology results are not available through MyUnilabs.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Receive a notification
When your documents are available, you receive a notification by email or SMS.
2. Open the secure link
Click the link in the notification to start the access process.
3. Confirm your identity
Enter your date of birth and the authentication code sent to you.
4. View your documents
Access your available laboratory results and documents securely online.
5. Create your account
After viewing your first document, you can create a MyUnilabs account for easier access next time.
Receiving results: Available in MyUnilabs 24 hours after your doctor has received them, if your doctor requested a digital copy.
e-Invoice: Not available.
Copy of the patient invoice sent to the insurance company: Available.

You can access MyUnilabs through the QR code provided by your healthcare professional or directly via my.unilabs.ch. Once your documents are available, you may receive a secure notification by email or SMS.
Your email address or mobile phone number is needed to send you a secure notification and authentication code. This helps protect access to your medical documents.
Result availability depends on the type of test and validation process. With a prescription, results may be available after validation by your physician. Without a prescription, they may be available once validated by the laboratory.
You can create a MyUnilabs account after accessing your first document. Once your account is created, you can use it to access future available documents more easily.
Please check that your email address or mobile phone number was correctly registered when your analysis was requested. You can also contact your healthcare provider or the laboratory where your sample was taken.

Where available, MyUnilabs allows you to access and download your documents so you can share them securely with a healthcare professional if needed.
