José Juncal

José Juncal is Head of Operations at Unilabs Switzerland, where he leads operational activities and supports the continuous improvement of the organisation’s diagnostic network. He brings extensive experience in operations, supply chain, quality and management across international and highly regulated environments. His background includes expertise in process optimisation, quality systems and operational excellence, supported by qualifications including Lean Six Sigma, GMP and ISO 13485 auditing. José has also completed executive management education in Switzerland.
