Tomek Kobus

Tomek Kobus is Head of Human Resources at Unilabs Switzerland, where he leads the HR function and supports the development of people, leadership and organisational capabilities across the Swiss business. He brings more than 12 years of international human resources experience from Haleon and its legacy organisations, GSK and Novartis Consumer Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has worked on organisational transformation, talent and leadership development and HR strategy in complex international environments. Tomek has also completed executive programmes in organisational transformation and performance at London Business School and IMD.
