Unilabs Slovakia Recognised Among Best Employers In Healthcare

Unilabs, a leading international provider of diagnostic services, is delighted to announce that it has ranked among the top five most desirable employers in Slovakia within the hospitals and healthcare category. Entering for the first time, Unilabs secured the position in the 2023 Najzamestnávateľ (Best Employer) survey, which achieved unprecedented participation with over 131,000 respondents.

Survey factors such as company reputation, collective spirit, and educational opportunities outweighed considerations of salary among respondents.

The Best Employer survey is organised by Alma Career (formerly Profesia), the leading job matchmaker in Europe. Respondents were mostly aged between 35-49 years and predominantly residing in the Bratislava region. Nearly half of the respondents hold graduate degrees.

This year's evaluation introduced a new methodology, which, in addition to internal and external votes, also considered data from Profesia.sk and the opinion of the expert jury.
